A family of five says their truck was stolen during a surprise trip to Disney World.
Cassidy McClendon said she filed a law report and the Orlando Constabulary Department is looking for their truck, according to WOFL.
"Nosotros were stuck in the hotel room all twenty-four hour period. The kids were very upset," McClendon told the local news station.

A family of five was left stuck in their hotel after their truck was stolen on a trip to Disney World forth with their electronics and other valuables on Mon.

"We woke upward the next morn to caput out — to get to Disney — and the truck was missing," Cassidy McClendon told local Florida news station WOFL. "Then, we didn't get to do annihilation. Nosotros were stuck in the hotel room all 24-hour interval. The kids were very upset."

Cassidy and her husband Ryan told WOFL that they decided to surprise their three children and take them to Disney Earth in Orlando, Florida for a few days. The trip turned sour when the couple noticed that their white Ford F-250 was missing from the parking lot of the Comfort Suites where they were staying.

Cassidy McClendon wrote on Facebook that the truck had IPads, Apple Watches, an iPhone, machine seats for the couple'southward children, and a toolbox inside it that were also stolen. McClendon wrote that security cameras at the hotel showed the truck leaving the parking lot at around ane:51 a.thou. on October 17.

"Unfortunately, there isn't much the law tin do, but it is reported as stolen," McClendon wrote in the post.

McClendon told WOFL that she filed a law written report and the Orlando Police Department is looking for the truck and the other valuables that were also stolen. The Ipads and Apple tree Watches that were in the truck are "disconnected at present," McClendon said.

"I've had a lot of people on Facebook, where I put the mail, say that the same thing has happened to them," McClendon told the station.

She said that the theft of their family truck and other belongings cast a shadow over what would accept otherwise been a fun family vacation.

"We've been trying to have the kids to Disney every yr and this definitely striking hard," McClendon told the station.
